August is here!

I look forward to August because it's the month we officially tied the knot.  We've been married 49 years and I must say it has gone by in a flash.  What fun we've had over the years. Made some wonderful memories. We have slowed down as our bodies aren't in party mode any longer.

We continue to see our doctors and nothing major is going on with Jim. He's had some test recently but results haven't been shared.  I go in for blood work the end of this month. Then a week later I'll see my PCP...haven't been seen in almost two years..

Recently we had a house guest.  Louie came home with us for a couple of nights.  Traveled in our noisy truck just fine (Boo didn't).

At home we played a bit every couple of hours, then he went outside.  He's such a wiggly critter and it was 'fun' getting him into his harness.

                           Napping was in various positions
We played tug of war with this hammerhead shark

There were a few accidents because we weren't paying attention.  But all in all it was fun and reinforced my decision NOT to get a puppy to train.  We're not up for it!
