Tzatziki Dip

Our Saturday has been an indoor one.  We had some rain but mostly gloomy outside.  We both agreed it smelled nice when we stepped outside this morning!

I've done some laundry and baked a loaf of Irish Soda Bread.  We each walked Boo once.  Jim has watched a couple goofy movies and I've read a couple magazines.

Warmer weather and eating outside is upon us!  Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's out there...enjoy your Sunday


Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (there are vegan choices)
2 cups diced cucumber 
1/4 cup lemon juice 
3 tablespoons dried dill weed 
2 garlic cloves, minced 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled with veggies, pita bread or pita chips.
