Hot Days, Cooler Nights

It's beginning! Our part of Florida is cooling down.  Not a whole lot but I'll take it.  We've had way to much heat and our electric bill is ginormous!

As we turned out the lights and went to bed last night a gentle rain started.  It lulled me to sleep in no time.  I was up before 0500 today.  This happens now and then but I'm able to make my cards so all is good. As I type this it's 58 degrees outside and very humid, skies are mostly clear as the sun rises in the east.  Jim is still in bed (0749).  He pays no mind to his watch alarm most of the time.  But he should be up before to long.

Spent some time with Sonsearae and Chris last Saturday.  Their community had a 'fall' celebration and we went even though it was trying to rain.  Live band, food trucks and activities for the children.  Wine tasking and buying for the adults!  Sonsearae is off to Disney and a Cruise with Robin.  Robin is Chris' daughter and about three years ago this cruise was cancelled due to Covid.  So both ladies will enjoy their time together celebrating Halloween aboard ship.
